Coconut!
 
Carob Cocoballs
1 cup
macadamia nuts
1 cup dates
1 cup raw carob powder
1/2 cup coconut snowflakes
In a food processor with the S blade running add macadamia nuts, then
dates, and then carob powder. Mixture should turn into a dough like
consistency. Form dough into balls and then roll them in coconut
snowflakes. A real crowd pleaser and kids especially like them!
Experiment with different combinations of nuts and dried fruit for
excellent results!
